  • Mark is an Executive Chef with 30 years experience in the Hospitality Industry.  City of Guilds London Qualified, and New Zealand Trade Certificate his experience has come from practical and theoretical experiences in Fine Dining Restaurants, Outdoor Catering, Cafes and Production Lines
  • Paula has had 25 years of Front-line Hospitality, Administration and Management Experience
  • Mark, Paula, Ashley & Kaitlyn are all integral parts of the team operating our four units throughout Victoria, ensuring only the best is on offer at your private party or event
  • The whole family are certified as a Food Safety Supervisors Level 2, and have current Working with Children cards

History:

Pizza Party Hire was founded in 2010.  With one trailer we ran the business out of our garage, and much to our neighbour’s displeasure we grew to a fleet of three before we finally relocated to a warehouse only a few years after start-up.  (If we’re honest …. we ran out of driveway!).  We are now a fleet of two trailers and two trucks cooking fast and fresh wood-fired pizzas where-ever we go!
