The Mobile Wood Fired Pizza Oven

• Coromandel Commercial Oven
• Constructed from hot dipped galvanised steel on a tandem trailer
• Stainless Steel hearth and Granite Food Preparation and cooking top
• Specifications: 1.75 metre wide, 1.6 metre high to top of oven ~ 2.4 metre with sail cloth, 3.3 metre long
• Tare weight 1250kg (We require level, solid surface for set up)
• Mobile Unit comes complete with hot running water, stainless steel wash sinks
• Eco-friendly Fresh Hot Water and Grey Water Storage
• Wyndham City Council (Melbourne) Health Department Certified as  Mobile Food Vehicle
• Licensed as a Mobile Food Vehicle we can set up on Private Property and any council owned & permitted event and also any location such as beaches, parks and reserves for your Private Parties
• Total Fire Ban Days: We can operate as we obtain every year the CFA Schedule 14 and Schedule 40 plus MFB Fire Permits.
• These permits cover us throughout the State of Victoria.
